Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We have worked hard to ensure a high quality in all our garments, and we offer a 30 day return period from the date of purchase should you need to make an exchange or request a refund. In addition to this, our Monofins come with a 12 month warranty. 

*For the purchase of Christmas presents, the exchange policy will be extended until January 15. 

Dream Blue can only accept returns that are in their original condition. Any merchandise that has been damaged or worn in the water cannot be exchanged or returned. Please remember that walking in the tail will cause damage to the tail. 

If you intend to request an exchange or refund, please contact us at contact@dreamblue.com.au with your name and order number. You can post the item(s) back to us at the following address and we will process your exchange or refund per the details of your email once it has been received.
