
Return & Exchange Policy
At Dream Blue, we want you to love your purchase! If something’s not quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be in original condition — unworn, unused, and with original tags or packaging.

Items must not have been used in water or show any signs of wear or damage.

Proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt) must be provided.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for:

Items damaged due to misuse or wear,

Products returned outside the 30-day window (unless faulty),
-
Gift Cards (non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash).
How to Return or Exchange an Item
1. Email us at contact@dreamblue.com.au with:

Your name,

Your order number,
-
A short explanation of your return or exchange request.
2. Once approved, post the item to:

3. We’ll process your return or exchange within 10 business days of receiving the item.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Return Shipping

If the item is not faulty, return postage is at the customer’s expense.

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs and provide instructions.
