Product Availability & Delivery
While we do our best to keep our product availability up to date, we cannot guarantee all items are in stock at all times. Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Warranty
Dream Blue Monofins are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. If your monofin fails to meet acceptable quality standards during this period, you may request a repair or replacement. To make a warranty claim, please email contact@dreamblue.com.au with your name, order number, and a description of the issue. If your claim is accepted, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
Note: The warranty does not cover cosmetic wear or damage resulting from misuse, abnormal handling, or modification. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with warranty claims.
All other products and services are provided without warranty, unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase for exchanges or refunds.

Gift Card Terms of Use
By purchasing or redeeming a Dream Blue Gift Card, you agree to the following terms:
Buying

The initial value of the Gift Card is fixed upon purchase and cannot be altered.

Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled after purchase.
Redemption

Gift Cards can only be used on dreamblue.com.au and not with any third-party resellers.

If your order exceeds the value of your Gift Card, you must pay the difference using another payment method.

Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards or be exchanged for cash.
Expiration

Gift Cards expire three years from the date of purchase.

Any remaining balance after expiry will be forfeited.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

Dream Blue is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.

We reserve the right to deactivate Gift Cards reported as lost, stolen, or misused.
