You will not use this website in any manner that causes, or is intended to cause, the website to be damaged, interrupted or impaired in any way.
You will not use this website for any purpose that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent or obscene or in any other inappropriate way or in a way which conflicts with Dream Blue and/or its services
You will not use this website in any way that involves a breach of copyright, trademarks, confidence, privacy or any other right.
Limitation of Liability
We have taken proper care and precautions to ensure that the information we provide on the Dream Blue website is accurate. However, we cannot guarantee, nor do we accept any legal liability arising from or connected to, the accuracy, reliability, currency or completeness of anything contained on this website or on any linked site. The information contained on the website should not take the place of professional advice. We are not liable for any damages whatsoever, incurred as a result of or relating to the use of the website or our services.
After placing an order from Dream Blue, we will send you an email to your nominated account confirming the purchase details. Our acceptance of your ‘offer to purchase’ will occur when we post the product to you, and an email relaying the tracking number is sent.
Dreamblue.com.au assumes all purchases are made by persons over the age of 18. The involvement of a parent or guardian is necessary for those under 18 years of age.
Availability & Delivery
Dream Blue does its best to fulfill all orders placed for products for sale on our website, but cannot be held responsible if the products are not available at a given point in time. In addition, the delivery times indicated are estimates which cannot be guaranteed and as such should not be strictly relied on.
Dream Blue’s Monofins come with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. You are entitled to make a claim under this warranty, within the 12 months, for a replacement or repair of the Monofin if it fails to be of acceptable quality. To make a claim, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and description of the claim. If your claim is accepted, Dream Blue at its sole discretion will either repair or replace any defective product or part thereof. The warranty does not apply to the appearance of the monofin nor to the monofins which have been subject to misuse, abnormal handling or service, or been altered or modified. You acknowledge that any postage costs involved in returning the product to claim the Monofin Warranty is paid by the customer.
All other products/services are provided without a warranty with the exception of those provided by law.
Refunds & Exchanges
Dream Blue offers a 30 day return period from the date of purchase should you need to make an exchange or request a refund. Dream Blue can only accept returns that are in their original condition. Any merchandise that has been damaged or worn in the water cannot be exchanged or returned.
To request an exchange or refund, contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number. You can post the item(s) back to us at Dream Blue, PO Box 6922, Norwest, NSW 2153, Australia, and we will process your exchange or refund per the details of your email once it has been received. Unless the item is faulty, please note that customers pay for the return or exchange postage.
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, pricing and terms and conditions at any time without notice.
The above terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable of the state of New South Wales in Australia. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New South Wales Courts.
The initial amount appointed to a Gift Card cannot be changed or added to, once the purchase is complete. Additionally, Gift Cards cannot be cancelled or refunded once the transaction has been processed.
The Gift Card is exclusively for use on the Dream Blue website, and is not accepted for use with any other resellers of Dream Blue products.
For purchases exceeding the value of the Gift Card, the remaining amount must be paid for by additional payment methods.
Gift Cards are unable to be used to buy further Gift Cards and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift Cards expire three years from the date of purchase, at which time, any remaining value is relinquished. Dream Blue is not responsible for ensuring the Gift Card is used before this time.
